KEPLER RETAIL INDEX (KRI) week ending 24/01/2021 Sales levels strong but dynamics are changing

2021 sales are still stronger than previous years. Retailers should not relax and must ensure that there is significant investment in sustaining and strengthening their brand’s relevance. Shoppers are not visiting the store because of its location, rather more and more because they have already decided that the product and/or service there has a relevance to them!
